Commenting on the awards, Members, Networks and Communities Manager for CIPD Scotland and Northern Ireland, Avril Anderson said: “Winning or being shortlisted for a prestigious award like the CIPD NI Awards is a great way to boost employee morale and is also a great way of attracting new talent to your organisation, and I would encourage anyone working in HR or L&D in Northern Ireland to consider entering their best work.

“Now in their eighth year, we are delighted that the awards continue to go from strength to strength, rewarding individuals, teams, organisations and practices that are championing better work and working lives. We had a record number of entries in 2019, and we’re very encouraged by the high standard of submissions to date for 2020.”

The closing date for entries is Friday, February 7. For full details of the awards and how to enter visit CIPD NI.
