nijobfinder are delighted to have made the finals in the ‘Best Regional Job Board’ category at the 2023 National Online Recruitment Awards (NORAS).
The NORAS recognise and reward the finest in the online recruitment practice and nijobfinder are honoured to be the only job board in Northern Ireland to have won this award – three times!
Now in its 23rd year, the NORAS are voted for by job seekers themselves with the awards covering an extensive range of online players in the sector including job boards, recruitment agencies, employers, career advice websites, trade and national publications and more.
This year was extremely competitive with the National Online Recruitment Academy receiving over 12,872 nominations for 536 separate websites, which shortlisting judges then narrowed down to 82 finalists across 13 award categories.
The judges assessed all sites from the perspective of job seekers with the additional insight of expert judges who are all experienced in HR, talent attraction, agency recruitment and online recruitment.
Of the 82 finalists, only 26 were shortlisted for the same award last year – with nijobfinder making the cut.
The annual NORAs will be held at an in-person event in London on Wednesday 6th December 2023 when the winners will be announced.
The event celebrates the excellence in the UK online recruitment sector and is also a fantastic networking opportunity. The nijobfinder team are looking forward to attending.
