KEEPING organisations on the right track on employment law will be the focus of two events at Down Royal racecourse next month.
CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) NI has teamed up with leading law firm A&L Goodbody to run an employment law update masterclass and a mock employment tribunal.
The event on December 5 will give CIPD members, and non-members, an insight into such diverse areas as bullying and harassment, social media and agency staff.
There will be a general case law update and an opportunity to raise HR questions with the legal experts from A&L Goodbody’s Belfast office.
On December 12 the second event will explore some of the issues raised in the first event via a mock tribunal.
