An award-winning publication by the Ulster Business School is expected to be used in the training of public sector managers across the world.

The publication recently scooped a prestigious award which has propelled the University of Ulster’s school onto the international stage.

Its Department of Management and Leadership won the Rupert F Chisholm Award for Best Theory into Practice Paper at the Academy of Management’s annual Meeting in Boston, USA recently.

The paper was one of the selected few to receive the coveted accolade out of a total of 7,000 submissions received from 110 countries.

The winning paper entitled, Competing Perceptions: contrasting employee experiences of change in a public sector agency, is expected to be used for training of pubic sector managers.
