FOOD company Moy Park has announced the appointment of solicitor Raymond McGinley to the post of general counsel.
As part of Moy Park’s Senior Finance and Legal Team, Raymond will be responsible for advising on legal matters across a range of subjects such as corporate, commercial, regulation and food legislation.
With a track record in delivering high level legal counsel, Raymond joins Moy Park from Coca Cola HBC where he was Legal Director for the Island of Ireland, and a member of the senior management team for the past four years. Raymond has also held senior positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Fujitsu, and was a corporate partner at McCartan, Turkington and Breen Solicitors. Raymond is a law graduate of Queen’s University Belfast and holds practising certificates in Northern Ireland, England and Wales.
