NEW APPOINTMENT CO DOWN based food company, Willowbrook Foods, has appointed a dedicated beansprouts sales manager, Ewan Zhu.
Ewan will be responsible for promoting Willowbrook Foods’ stir-fry range as well as developing new customer relationships across the UK and Ireland. Ewan, who has a strong proven record in agri-food sales, will work closely with the NPD team at Willow-brook’s Innovation Centre to ensure consumer and custom-er needs are meet through new flavour combinations and product development.
