INDUSTRY specialists from some of Northern Ireland’s top engineering companies have signed up to the Career Academy at Northern Regional College to mentor students.
They have been assigned a student to mentor over the next two years to provide guidance on career paths and advise on aspects of their current Level 3 Engineering and future study.
The mentors will also supervise the students this summer during a six-week paid placement in their individual companies.
participating companies have a direct impact on the engineering curriculum being delivered within NRC.
