Consultancy grows its customers platform

28th January 2015

A Belfact based e-commerce consultancy and platformprovider is increasing its workforce after successfully securing new custom.

Export Technologies, which has transacted £1bn worth of online sales for Northern Ireland customers, has recruited business development staff, project managers and technical staff as part of a £1m-plus investment in staff and development in its award winning technology, the International Retail Platform (IRP). The company’s new customers include a Scottish marine equipment company Gael Force Marine, leading UK Cycle retailer, Cycles UK, and Pro Audio Stash Ltd, a specialised provider of sound and racking systems.

Commenting on the company’s growth Les Curran of Export Technologies said: “We recruited several new staff in 2014, but our business is growing rapidly and we needed to recruit additional members of the team to manage the new clients. The IRP is available to retailers, distributors and manufactures that have the potential to sell internationally online. The ongoing growth in our business has shown that more and more clients are becoming aware that having the right online platform can directly impact sales, and the new staff will help customers manage their online retail presence through effective use of the IRP.”
