PROGRESSIVE Building Society has appointed Ailsa McNeill as head of human resources.
Ailsa joined the company in December 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources sector.
A member of the CIPD,Ailsa has a track record in human resources and employee engagement, having previously worked at a senior management level for a leading global automotive engineering design and manufacturing organisation.
As Head of Human Resources at the Progressive,Ailsa will be responsible for HR and training strategy, corporate social responsibility and health and safety leadership.
