TWELVE staff from estate agents Templeton Robinson have successfully completed the City & Guilds Level Three Diploma in residential property sales, thanks to the South Eastern Regional College.
They were presented with their certificates recently by Patricia Calhoun, Skills Solutions Programme Manager from the Department for Employment and Learning.
SERC is the first college in the province to offer this specialist property management qualification which is designed to help estate agents gain professional skills and expertise.
