MCS Group is currently working alongside a certified solution provider for SAP Business One, SAP Business by Design, S/4 Hana and SAP ECC with 10 years of experience in this space to recruit a Digital Commerce Partner Manager.

As our SAP Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with SAP B1 partners across the region. You will lead and execute a partner strategy which will result in significant new qualified pipeline, increased brand credibility and ultimately influence target revenue growth across the region.

This role will require a self-driven, experienced collaborator who has worked in or with SAP (or similar) technology company. You will need to align closely with technology teams, marketing, sales, account management and delivery teams across the region.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Report to VP EMEA
  • Develop and support overall GTM strategy for Digital Commerce
  • Build a deep understanding of the SAP SI partner ecosystem in the EMEA region
  • Identify, recruit and manage relationships with a portfolio of target partners across the EMEA region at multiple levels including senior stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, technical competencies and marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans to deliver a consistent pipeline of quality Digital Commerce opportunities for the revenue team
  • Optimize partner performance through workshops, partner enablement and co-selling initiatives
  • Define partner programme objectives and key metrics for deal registration, pipeline delivery and partner influenced revenue
  • Conduct regular business reviews, success metrics evaluations and initiate joint customer stories
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent the partnership team at industry events, partner events, customer days across EMEA

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years Sales and/or Alliances experience in SAP ecosystem
  • Experience and solid understanding of SAP and the competitive market
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Experience managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner


You can work from anywhere in Europe but would need to be willing to travel to Netherlands or Belgium offices as needed. VP EMEA located in London/Dublin.
