My client is the leading Fire Safety Company in Northern
Ireland. Based in East Belfast, we provide businesses with fire safety
products, services and training, keeping them legally compliant, fully insured
and most importantly safe from the hazards of fire.
Due to the continued year on year business growth over the
last 14 years we have a need to recruit a full-time permanent Fire Safety
Engineer.
Duties Include
-
Help with Installation, Servicing, Maintenance
and Commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems and Emergency Lighting.

Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers
-
Completion of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
-
Interacting with clients, explaining service
reports and basic training on occupier checks

Updating our bespoke Fire Risk Management System
and Engineer System
-
Experience of working to Risk Assessments &
Method Statements an advantage

Stock and equipment management using our
equipment and Stock Inventory System
Experience/Requirements
-
Fire alarm servicing and maintenance experience
preferred.

Emergency lighting and PAT testing preferred.
-
Previous electrical and extinguisher experience
desirable, but not essential.

Must have good computer literacy (tablet &
on-line service report systems)

Customer service skills and a strong verbal
communicator

Organised, self-motivated and able to use
initiative.

A quick learner who can follow written and
verbal procedures.

Full clean driving license is required.

Valid CSR & Electrical card would be
beneficial.

English & Math`s GCSE grade `C` or above is
preferred.

salary of £24,960 to £31,200 dependent on experience, annual pay reviews.
