Senior Sales Negotiator

My client is a well-known and well-respected estate agency with a network of branches in South Belfast, East Belfast and North Down. They have an excellent reputation in the local residential sector built on a commitment to provide customer centric solutions that exceed their client’s expectations.

As part of their continued expansion, they now seek to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator for their busy South Belfast branch.

What will you be doing?

- Negotiate resale and new homes sales
- Facilitate viewings
- Manage sales post agreement into contract
- Answer general sales and letting enquiries
- Ensure efficient management of appointments and valuations for the branch
- General branch administration
- Assist the Directors with ad-hoc tasks to facilitate smooth running of a busy office.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have at least 2+ years’ relevant experience gained in property sales. Essential that you have good local area knowledge.

You will be a confident, natural communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and customers. You will be organised, methodical with the ability to multi-task whilst keeping a keen eye on detail. You will enjoy working as part of a team and relish the opportunity to use your own initiative. You must be computer literate with confidence using Microsoft Office. Applicants must hold a full UK Driving License and access to a car.

Starting salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience) to reflect skills, ability and experience. Excellent bonus scheme to reward individual and branch success. Office hours Monday to Friday, you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. 32 days holiday, mobile phone, pension.
