Our client a leading public sector organisation is looking to recruit a Full-Time Clinic Administrator in Belfast.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 12-8pm on a rota basis
Pay: £11.67ph plus enhanced unsocial rates of pay.
Main Duties:
Telephone calls, booking appointments, reception duties
Working in a busy Office working with Independent Providers.
Answering calls to patients and dealing with queries from clinical
staff and patients.
Qualifications / Experience sought
5 GCSE’s or equivalent (Grades A-C) including English Language or higher educational standard) or equivalent)
OR
2 years administrative/clerical experience.
Experience in Excel, Typing
