We are currently recruiting for an AO in Omagh
**Job Spec will be sent upon receipt of application and confirmation of results**
Start date: 1st June
Duration: 1 year
Hours of work: Full time 37 hours per week
The contracted hours are: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm ( Hybrid working available )
Rate of pay: £12.36
Main Duties:
* Maintaining record training
* Preparation of copying, forwarding and filing of telephone bills
* Setting up and maintaining 'case files' for specific contentious valuations
* Order stationary as required
* Copying and distributing marketing information e.g copying sales catalogues
* Keying in market prices data onto a spreadsheet and amending or enhancing the spreadsheet layout as required
* Other admin duties.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSE's A-C to include Maths and English (You must be able to provide proof)
