Type- Temporary (Part time hours) Assignment 8-12 weeks- with the possibility
of going permanent. Start Date Early- Mid May.

Wednesday & Friday 9.30am- 3.30pm or 10am-4.00pm

successful company who are looking for a part time Administrator. With a proposed start date of Mid-April. The
role also has the potential to be offered on a permanent basis.
The Right role:
This
role will report to the Team Leader on a Day-to-Day basis. This role will act
in a support role with respect to the following areas:
- Printing/binding
/collating course materials
- Timely
preparation of weekly meeting materials
- Tracking
completion of diagnostics (on-line personality profiles and
surveys)
- Preparing/sending
participants emails with pre course/post course
- Monitoring
/Stationery ordering
- Using
various online platforms for Diagnostics/Evaluations
- Scheduling
meetings
The Right Fit:
Essential
·
Administration experience/background.
·
Proficient in the
full Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
·
Excellent standard of verbal and written
English, and good maths.
·
Detail oriented, strong organisational skills
with the ability to achieve goals by utilising formal and informal
organisational networks. Multitasker
with ability to prioritise.
·
Self starter, willing to work with groups and
/ or alone until goal completion.
·
Excellent communicator.
