Who we’re looking for:

Ardmore are looking for a pro active Project Manager who is looking for a new challenge.

As a newly established role at the agency you are responsible for the successful planning and

delivery of a range of advertising projects covering both above and below the line channels.

You will be working closely with our account, strategy, creative, and media teams,

and, of course, our clients. It will be your job to ensure that projects are delivered to time and

budget, from initial specification and planning to final delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

Roles & Responsibilities

· Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

· Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.

· Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

· Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.

· Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

· Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.

· Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.

Day-to-Day Duties

· Gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes from the client brief.

· Agree on priorities with clients.

· Plan resources.

· Create and manage project plans for efficient delivery.

· Communicate key milestones.

· Communicate the project plan internally and with the client.

· Communicate frequently with key internal and external project stakeholders.

· Plan around the team’s skills to ensure end success.

· Adhere to the critical path and have a plan to mitigate issues that invariably arise.

What you need:

Essential

Qualifications/Attainments

3rd level qualification in project management or a related discipline

Experience

Proven project management experience in a fast paced busy environment

Proven project management experience in managing multiple projects at one time

Evidence of profitable and effective management of UK/Ireland-wide projects.

Skills/Knowledge/Competencies/Disposition

Excellent communication skills

Problem-solving and leadership skills

Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills

Project management qualification, or equivalent experience as a project manager

Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Conflict resolution experienceAbility to function well in a fast paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines

Other requirements

Flexible and adjustable with the ability to work additional hours when required

Hold a current & valid full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Two satisfactory employment references. One should be your current or most recent employer.

Desirable

Qualifications/Attainments

Ongoing evidence of commitment to personal growth.

Membership of Professional Body.
