Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are pleased to be hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Belfast and we’re searching for someone who shares our ambition and drive. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Proactively sourcing candidates – you’ll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process – you’ll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends – providing market insights and managing expectations.
• Generating new business – chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.
• Introducing candidates to clients – you’ll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.
• Ensuring a seamless recruitment process – your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.

Expected Earnings

Year 1 OTE 30-45K

Year 2 OTE 45K+

Year 3 OTE 60K+

Year 4 100K+
