Having been in operation for over 12 years, we’ve established ourselves as one of the most reputable consultancies in the Irish tech market, and we successfully opened our brand-new offices in the US in 2023. We’ve no plans of slowing down and to facilitate our ongoing growth plans for 2024, we’re searching for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Belfast.

The successful individual will be responsible for managing their own desk, focusing on the IT & Software industry in Ireland. You’ll be given full autonomy to run your own business within Reperio and be able to take charge of your own career, growth, and earnings. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Proactively sourcing candidates – you’ll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process – you’ll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends – providing market insights and managing expectations.
• Generating new business – chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.
• Introducing candidates to clients – you’ll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.
• Ensuring a seamless recruitment process – your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.

• A competitive basic salary (£24,000-£30,000) and uncapped commission, which is paid to you monthly.
