- THE ROLE -

We are recruiting two positions, working on the EPIC Futures Northern Ireland (NI) Project. EPIC Futures NI is a £4.8million Local Policy Partnership (LPIP) hub, led by Ulster University and funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), Innovate UK and the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).

The post holders will work with the research team, subject librarians and external actors (as relevant) to complete the systematic literature review of evaluation models and tools for employability and skills programmes.

We may create a 12-month waiting list for the same or similar roles within the Department / Faculty. The University reserves the right to extend the waiting list across the University if required for certain posts.

- ABOUT YOU -
The postholder will be required to have:

- PhD in one of the following areas: business management, economics, behavioural science, management, psychology, public policy, sociology, regional studies, or related fields. Candidates with a PhD near to completion will also be considered if in their final stages.
- Experience of working in a research environment involving the use of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
- Practical experience of qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis using a range of packages (e.g. SPSS, NVivo).
