Job Description
You will offer customers a Coach Service from Stranraer to standards required by the Bus Companies as defined in the Passengers Charter.
Essential Criteria
- Must hold a full PCV licence and up to date Driver Qualification Card.
- Minimum of one years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Experience of dealing with customer complaints.
- Cash handling experience.
- Available to work shifts.
Desirable Criteria- Membership of Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM).
- Access to a vehicle.
- Available for call-outs.
