Talent Acquisition Partner – Belfast – Award winning organisation

MCS Group has been chosen to partner with a multi-award-winning organisation, as they look to introduce a Talent Acquisition Partner to their team on 12month, fixed-term basis.

You will be joining a Top 100 Company who have gone from strength to strength over recent years, seeing the business expand, opening new sites while working with a wide range of exciting brands.

This role will be primarily based in the Belfast Area and the successful postholder must have a valid driver's license and access to a car.

The role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role is to ensure the organisation is attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talent.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to the NI division and human resources in ROI, you will need to support all permanent & temporary recruitment needs whilst also managing agency relationships. This is a fast paced, ever-evolving role, critical to the success of the Resourcing strategy.

The main responsibilities:

  • Sourcing talent in Ireland and from abroad, building positive candidate engagement.
  • Working with the Recruitment Lead to create a recruitment and resourcing plan to enable the delivery of the business vision and plan.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates through their recruitment journey
  • Line Management of the recruitment team
  • Building candidate pipelines for all Supply Chain employees.
  • End-to-end recruitment.
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks including eligibility to work.
  • Organising assessments/testing of potential candidates.
  • Leading/supporting HR projects as required.
  • Management of PSL/agency.

The ideal candidate:

  • Track record of delivering high-quality results in a Recruitment role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building talent pipelines and candidate panels for organisations to deploy when required.
  • Experience in direct sourcing for Operations roles in Ireland and abroad.
  • Experience executing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • A full driver's license and access to a car (essential).
