MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a well-established, private sector client based in the Greater Belfast area, who currently require a Digital Marketing Executive (CRM Experience) on a full-time permanent basis to join their team.
You will be working in collaboration with Innovations, E-Comm and Retail teams along with third-party agencies, the Digital & CRM Specialist will play an important role in enhancing the digital customer experience, leveraging CRM data and digital marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
Core responsibilities:
- Having recently transitioned to a new CRM system (Salesforce), this is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a meaningful contribution to the business and drive the digital strategy.
- Enhancing the digital customer experience
- Leveraging CRM data and digital marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Social media content creation
- Copywriting
- Supporting with the generation of content across social media, blogs and newsletters.
- Reporting and analysing all marketing activity including customer engagement, campaign results and any learnings going forward.
Essential Criteria:
- At least 1/2 years’ experience in marketing or similar role.
- Enthusiastic and up for a challenge, with a can-do attitude.
- Creative individual with strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
