Our client, based in Antrim is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
- The post holder will be required to work as part of a small team providing administration support, reception duties and PA duties to Senior Management (UG5, UG6 & UG7).
The duties include receiving and making phone calls, filing, photocopying, scanning, processing mail and emails, collation of returns and monitoring of various co-ordination emails, keeping diaries up to date, arranging meetings, setting up Microsoft Teams online meetings and providing a friendly and efficient customer service.
The post holder must be able to cope with pressures faced in a very busy work environment and be at ease working with senior staff.
Wage:- £12.36ph (weekly)
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English graded A-C (Must have certificate Proof)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative

Start Date:
- ASAP
Duration of Placement:
- 6-9 months (possible extension)
Work Pattern:
- 9-5 Mon to Fri
- Hybrid working following an initial period of training
