M&E Design Coordinator - Northern Ireland

GRAHAM Civil Engineering is seeking a highly organized and motivated M&E Design Coordinator to join our growing team in Northern Ireland. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our design engineers, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery, predominantly working on contracts and developments alongside NIWater.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct reviews of design documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Issue and track requests for information (RFIs) and manage responses.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals and bids.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design principles.
  • Civil Engineering/Utilities experience would be highly advantageous
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
