Quantity Surveyor - Northern Ireland - Civil Engineering

Join our Civil Engineering Team as a Quantity Surveyor in Northern Ireland for NI Water

About GRAHAM:

The Opportunity:

  • Support site team on an exciting development project with NI Water.
  • Manage costs, recover value, and build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in Civil Engineering.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and knowledge of NEC contracts (options 3 & 4, Defined Cost, Cost Value Reconciliation).
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (MRICS/MCICES a plus).
  • Full driving licence and experience working with a main contractor.

What you'll do:

  • Establish project budget and ensure accurate cost reporting.
  • Review contracts, procure subcontracts, and handle subcontract issues.
  • Manage cash flow and forecast budgets.
  • Liaise with clients and represent the company commercially.
