MCS group is delighted to be partnering with an extremely successful software company in Belfast in their search for a Software Development Manager. You will join a disruptor who are leading the way with their Global SAAS platform, committed to huge growth here in Belfast.

About you:

• 4 years’ Experience leading and managing software development teams
• You will come from a strong software development / technical background
• Experience leading the development of applications at scale
• Experienced in hiring, providing mentorship, and managing technical execution
