Sales Manager (Industrial) - Permanent - Coleraine area

Benefits:

• £40- 50K per annum Basic (OTE Uncapped + £80,000- £100,000 per annum)
• Work van, phone and laptop provided
• Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
• Evenings and weekends off
• 4 days out on the road and 1 day office based
• Given early responsibility in dealing directly with customers and suppliers
• Sell to global leaders within the agricultural, commercial, construction .

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by developing the team’s sales skills
• Building and promoting long-lasting customer relations
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to optimise sales
• Providing daily/weekly reports of sales results and communicating customer feedback at team meetings

Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar sales lead / manager role
• Knowledge of the industrial market / products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify new product and market opportunities.
• Proven experience in sales and providing excellent customer service
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
• Current full driving licence
