Cala Consulting is seeking an HSEQ Consultant to work alongside a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK, Ireland and beyond.

Role Overview:

As an HSEQ Consultant, your role will be multifaceted, involving collaboration with clients to support existing service lines. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients on and off-site, providing valuable insights and solutions. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest safety standards and create a secure work environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• · ISO Standards: Implement and maintain ISO standards within the clients' businesses, ensuring they meet the standards.

• · ISO Standards Compliance: Perform gap analyses to ensure clients align with the requirements of applicable ISO standards, helping them develop robust management systems.

• · Internal Auditing: Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

• · Client Engagement: Promote services to both existing and prospective clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.

• · Project Management: Lead consultancy projects, ensuring compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Please note that while these qualifications and skills are desirable, they are not all strictly required to apply for the role. Training opportunities to candidates may be available.

• · Strong knowledge of safety standards including management systems and relevant regulations

• · Exceptional report writing and communication skills to effectively convey environmental recommendations and insights to clients.

• · Educational Background: A third-level qualification is desirable.

• · Project Management: Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.
