IT Support Specialist

This is the ideal opportunity for an IT Support professional who is keen to contribute to a collaborative team of industry experts as they dominate the US Market.

What the role involves:

• Provide phone and email support relating to the company's web products.
• Respond to client calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Remotely connect to client machines to assist with Data ETL connection issues.
• Analyse client issues, troubleshoot the problem and implement the solution.
• Document and record case communications.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Good communication, both written and verbal, to engage with both clients and customers
• Strong SQL skills (essential)
• Knowledge of Python (desirable)
