Politics Plus

Politics Plus (www.politicsplus.com) was established in 2013 to develop a positive future for politics in order to strengthen democracy and create a better future for all.  Politics Plus has a breadth of experience in developing strong and inclusive political civic leadership; increasing the capacity of marginalised groups to participate in politics, society and public life; and providing best practice on institutional strengthening at a local and international level. Politics Plus recognises that investment in leadership development should aim to build internal capacity and resources to enable sustainable locally-controlled programmes, for the longer-term strategic objective of sustainability of strengthening democracy.  The work of Politics Plus aims to enhance the capacity and resources of elected representatives and key decision-makers, in order to support a long-term strategic vision towards breaking down important barriers for a peaceful, post-conflict society.
