Service Administrator - Portadown
The company:
Our client based in the Portadown has been successfully trading for over 20 years and is firmly established as one of the UK & Irelands leading building services company.
They are a market leader in their industry and are a passionate and innovate company. They are recruiting for a Service Administrator on a permanent basis.
Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-4.
The role:
- Work as part of a dynamic Helpdesk team answering and logging calls onto database
- Planning and scheduling direct labour and subcontractors
- Effectively monitoring the delivery of reactive repairs works to ensure contract KPIs are met
- Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints and compliments
- Maintain a continued focus on process improvement, establishing best practice and sharing information with the wider team to ensure consistency
- Provide administrative support to the management team as required
The Requirements:
- Ability to be organised and work as part of a team
- Good Knowledge of MS Word and Excel are required
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Strong numeracy skills with good attention to detail
- Able to adhere to deadlines
- Confident telephone manner
