Based near Belfast
our client supplies capital equipment and heavy plant to a range of clients
across Northern Ireland.
They are now
looking to add an additional Field Service Engineer to their team.
With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the successful Field Service Engineer
will carry out routine maintenance and repair work on a range
of heavy plant on client’s premises.
You will also prepare machines for sale when
required. Manufacturer’s specific training will be provided as required.
Criteria:
· Experience
servicing, diagnosing, and repairing heavy plant and/or access equipment.
· Customer
focused and committed to delivering a high quality of service.
· Computer
literate
· Good
communication skills both verbal and written
· Ability to
work as part of a team as well as independently to resolve customer issues
· Able to
work using own initiative and
organised.
· Flexible
with the ability to respond well to change and pressure.
· Clean
driving licence.
Hours of
Work: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
In return
you will be offered a challenging role with an hourly rate of £21-23 /hr plus
benefits including overtime, healthcare and pension. Holidays increase with
length of service. Company van will be provided.
