IT Recruitment Consultant

Reperio Human Capital is a specialist consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that specialises in IT recruitment across permanent and contract requirements in the Irish and American markets.

Due to continued growth, Reperio is seeking a Recruitment Consultant, who will join their high performing team in Belfast. The ideal candidate should possess confidence, professionalism, financial motivation, and a strong desire to build a successful career in recruitment.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Proactively sourcing candidates – you’ll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process – you’ll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends – providing market insights and managing expectations.
• Generating new business – chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.
• Introducing candidates to clients – you’ll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.
• Ensuring a seamless recruitment process – your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.

Expected Earnings

Year 1 OTE 30-45K

Year 2 45K+

Year 3 60K+

Year 4 100K+
