Senior Management Accountant - £42000 - £5 per annum
Your new company
I am working with our client exclusively to generate a commercially focused management accountant who can deliver the production of accountant and provide commercial accounting insights to the operational teams. Our client is a global company which has a smaller division based in Northern Ireland. You will be working directly with the FD to provide fantastic commercial accounting services for the wider team.
Your new role
As the Senior Management Accountant, you will be delivering the production of the Management Accountants, and then you will be working with the operational team to support their understanding of the business needs and help them to achieve their goals.
You will be delivering financial reporting across the business, making sure that the controls are in place and highlighting any concerns to the business leaders.
•Deliver the monthly management accounts. Working with the operational staff and senior management to analyse costs, fees, and margins.
•Balance sheet reconciliations
•Challenging the business on any significant trends or variations to target for each business.
•Review forecasts, identifying issues and assist in resolving these.
•Working Capital management - perform monthly WIP and Debtor reviews.
•Provide support with the preparation of project budgets to assist with bids/tender prices.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with a commercial focus and a desire to work with the operational business to improve performance. You will be a self-starter with good excel skills and an ability to communicate complex information to non-financial people.

You can secure a salary of between £42000 - £5 per annum dependent on your skills and experience. You can also get the work from a home policy which allows 3 working in the office and 2 at home once you have learnt the role.
