Hays Construction are pleased to be working with an established Interior Fit Out company who are anticipating a busy summer ahead. This company has delivered expert fit out solutions across Ireland, competing a range of projects within retail, hospitality, commercial and leisure sectors. With upcoming retail schemes on the horizon, this firm is currently seeking experienced Site Managers to join them on upcoming projects.

Your new role
Due to new opportunities within the business and a busy orderbook this year, the company welcomes you as Site Manager, responsible for the supervision of construction teams on various fit out and refurbishment schemes. Upcoming projects will be within the commercial fit out sector across Belfast and South Down.
Your role will involve the supervision & organisation of site teams to ensure the smooth running of projects to the quality required from the client and to the highest standards of health and safety. You will be responsible for the completion of assigned tasks, co-ordinating all available resources effectively and safely, ensuring the workload is completed within schedule. You will be required to use your knowledge and expertise along with technical ability in order to assist the team on-site.

What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Site Manager, you will have previous experience in a site supervisory role, preferably coming from a trades background. Knowledge of fit out works is essential. You must be CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certified.
As the projects are in various locations, you will be commutable to both Belfast and Newry. You will be driven and a strong communicator in order to motivate the site teams & successfully deliver a high-quality end result for key clients. You will be required to work alongside the site team as well as supervising subcontractors.
