APPOINTMENT OF A CHAIRPERSON TO THE BOARD OF THE AGRI-FOOD AND BIOSCIENCES INSTITUTE (AFBI)
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is seeking to appoint a Chairperson to the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) Board. AFBI provides scientific research and services in the fields of agriculture, food, the marine and natural environment and biosciences. For more information about AFBI, visit: afbini.gov.uk
Time Commitment: Approximately 40 days per annum.
Remuneration: £28,049 per annum (under review).
Term of Appointment: Three-year term from 1 September 2024. A further two-year term may be considered.

- Communication and Collaboration;
- Corporate Governance and Accountability.
