About Our client:

- As an Office Manager, you will oversee the sales, office, and administration staff, fostering a positive work environment and leading your team to success. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining professional and efficient operations within the office.
Duties will include:
- Manage and resolve personnel issues in a professional, respectful, and positive manner.
- Ensure all customer interactions, both internal and external, are positive, timely, and accurate.
- Oversee and provide updates on estimating, sales, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Communicate schedule statuses and details, including gaps and availability, to relevant personnel.
- Coordinate with sales regarding pricing and progress of upcoming and ongoing projects, facilitating the use of relevant software for recording and reporting.
- Provide backup support for all processing office functions.
Criteria:
- You will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in office management, skilled in nurturing team productivity and ensuring operational excellence.
- 2 years previous office manager experience
- Reliable with strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail
- Time and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
