What you will do:
In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing the contract drafting administration and workflow process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements across a range of senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Responsible for the overall contract administration process, including managing contract change notes and maintaining contractual governance.
  • Build an understanding of existing contractual relationships, becoming familiar with master agreements and associated schedules.
  • Liaise with areas of the business affecting contract changes and ensure awareness of legislation impacting existing contracts.
  • Support with the administration of communication with external legal representation when required.
  • Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Facilitate regular contract and commercial review updates, presenting pending CCN positions, changes in law, and commercial impacts.
  • Maintain master obligation matrixes and reporting on the same.

What you will have:

  • Law degree, in business or commercial
  • Good understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle.
  • An understanding of the business or industry, its services, customers, and providers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to make good decisions under pressure and accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
  • Willingness to learn and continually improve and develop business processes and personal skills.
  • Previous experience working within the IT industry would be desirable.
