About the role:

• Salary: £Negotiable salary
• Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.00am – 5.00 pm; Friday: 8.00am – 1.00 pm (flexible start and finish times)
• Location: Coleraine area
• Duration: Permanent

Duties:

• Nurturing current candidate relationships and communication
• Updating candidate status & availability
• Business Development and working closely with the senior sales consultants to identify new candidate and client opportunities.
• Planning the candidate search, carrying out any compliance checks.
• Answering enquiries and supporting the sales process.
• Attendance of Trade Shows when required

Criteria:

• Minimum of one years experience working in an recruitment/customer service environment is preferred
• An interest in the Recruitment or HR sector is beneficial.
• A highly professional and reliable attitude.
• Strong IT skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
