First Choice are recruiting a full time administrator to work in the High Dependency Unit and Discharge Lounge based in
Daisy Hill Hospital.
This role has an immediate start and is initially for 6 months. The working hours will be 37.5 hours per week to include
weekends and bank holidays. Pay rates are £11.67 for Monday to Friday, £15.75 for a Saturday, and £19.72 on a Sunday.
What The Job Entails:
- General reception and clerical duties
- Interact with the general public, medical professionals and all relevant members of staff
- Book appointments and add patients to waiting lists
- File and update patient records
- Monitor and order stationery supplies
- Fill in and complete various types of paperwork
What We Need from You:
- 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English (or equivalent) plus one year administrative experience or 2
years administrative experience
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
