About you
- Qualified Accountant / Qualified by Experience
- Experience of working to a month end timetable
- Experience working with financial software packages as well as Microsoft office particularly Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced preferred) and Word
- Experience of using computerised accounting packages and multiple IT systems
What you'll do
- Preparation of Management accounts using computerised accounting package (SAGE Intacct - P&L, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis)
- Prepare/review bank reconciliations, cashflow forecasts
- Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
- Review of monthly overheads
- Coordination of monthly payroll process and overview of weekly payroll
- Responsible for managing Fixed Assets Register in SAGE and all CAPEX expenditure
- Assist in preparation of annual and monthly budgets and forecasts
