The Role

Working with the relevant Lead Engineer, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for design of control systems, managing projects & ensuring targets are met. The role will be responsible for providing technical expertise, interfacing with and acting as the link between functions, and providing inter department communication

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing concepts & proposals; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget & all key objectives are me.
  • Provide appropriate technical support on both existing product and NPD.
  • Take ownership & manage the introduction of new technology to ensure robust, repeatable & stable test periods.
  • Design products that comply with Company & industry standards & legislation with regards to machine safety.

About you

  • Degree in an Electrical Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical expertise in designing DC voltage control systems
  • Experience in PLC programming.
  • Familiarity with electrical automation of hydraulic systems.
