What you’ll do

• Product Assurance
• Create and implement aviation quality standards for products or services
• Monitor quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing
• Stay current on laws and regs to ensure compliance
• Oversee the product assurance team
• Train employees on quality procedures
• Create procedures to inspect and report quality issues
• Testing of products to ensure standards and specifications have been met
• Develop quality control policies for the business
• Facilitate professional QA advice to company staff, suppliers and subcontractors
• Perform analysis of quality related metrics and initiate improvements

About you

• Significant experience within quality environment in the aviation industry or similar
• Experienced in creating quality procedures around quality assurance
• Willingness to challenge the status quo
• Quality tools such as 5 why & 8D
• Detailed knowledge of current quality working practices
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent
