We are currently recruiting 12 Summer Scheme Staff on behalf of our client Belfast City Council. These roles are based in various community centres across Belfast and will run between the 1st of July and the 9th of August 2024, the successful candidates must be able to commit to the whole period and will work between 30 and 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £11.44 per hour.
These roles are ideally suited to sports coaches, teachers and students who are undertaking qualifications in an area that involves working with children.
Duties:
- Interaction with children between the ages of 4 and 16
- Organise, supervise and participate in activities
- Prepare materials and resources
- Follow health and safety and child protection guidelines
What We Need from You:
- Previous experience working with children
- Ability to plan and take part in activities
- Wiliness to undertake an Access NI police check
