Site Agent (Civils - Belfast)

Operating for over 60 years, this NI based Contractor are currently looking to recruit a Site Engineer for their roads surfacing division. A multi divisional company, this role is based within their road surfacing department and will see the successful candidate based across Belfast / Greater Belfast. Your new role
Working to ISO quality standards, your new role as a Site Engineer will see you join the onsite operational team to ensure each project is running efficiently. As a Site Engineer the expectancy will be to have strong technical knowledge, ability to order materials, supervise subcontractors and ensure health and safety procedures are upheld. Projects will be based across Belfast and Greater Belfast on several key sites within road surfacing and asphalt.
Due to the location of projects, it is preferable that you are located within a commutable distance to Belfast.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and hold an up-to-date CSR card. Ideally the successful applicant should hold a few years’ experience on site with a background in civils, however, those at all levels are still encouraged to apply. This role will require excellent communication skills and the candidate should have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. A clean driving licence and a flexible approach to working hours are essential.
