HR Business Partner

VANRATH are partnering with one Northern Irelands leading manufacturers, as they seek to appoint a HR Business Partner to their site located in North Belfast.
The HRBP will lead the complete HR function on site, through the whole employee life cycle and whilst a standalone role, will have the support the group HR function, also located in NI.
The role will involve compliance implementation within the campus and transferring company culture across campuses.

About you
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role (HR Advisor or above)
- Strong NI legislation
- Experience in delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Working in conjunction with the HR team, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of the HR function, including resourcing, onboarding, HRIS management, employee relations and compliance.
