The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager on a private residential scheme in Balymena.
Ideally the candidates will have a good timberframe house building background, experience producing 20+ units a year and a keen eye for detail.
Packages around £40-45k plus van & fuel.
Immediate starts available.
Requirements
- Ideally from a trade background
- Experience in large private housing projects
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Capable of overseeing £1.5M worth of work
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Reporting to Director level.
