Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with an established Property Agency in the search for someone to join their growing team in their Belfast office.

Although the company is an established Property Agency – previous experience within this sector is not required.

Have you a background in retail, hospitality or a customer service facing role? Do you want to take the next steps in forwarding your career? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to develop in a new sector, whilst utilising their previous skills. There is full training provided, mainly on the job, working with experienced colleagues, to really help you develop in your first few weeks.

Your Package/Benefits:

  • £24,000 as a starting base salary
  • Bonus Scheme – £2k per year
  • Based on the Lisburn Road
  • Career progression opportunities – scope to learn and develop year on year

What you need to bring to the role:

  • Experience in a Customer Service facing role – hospitality/retail/customer facing experience
  • Hardworking and eager to learn
  • The ability to hit the ground running
  • Loyalty and determination to work as a team
  • Friendly with a can-do attitude
  • The ability to multi-task, a proactive mindset and not afraid to ask questions
  • Administration skills – MS Office and systems usage through school or university is a plus

About the role

  • Able to confidently engage with members on the phone
  • Arranging property viewings and engaging with potential tenants
  • Communicating with landlords to review interested individuals
  • Discussing and negotiating rental agreement terms and conditions
  • Able to handle queries and concerns both in person and on the phone
