The Open College Network Northern Ireland (OCN NI) is a UK recognised Awarding Organisation based in Northern Ireland. We develop and award regulated professional and technical qualifications from Entry Level up to and including Level 5 across all sector areas.

Development Manager x 2

Salary: starting salary band £39,211

Hours: 35 hours per week

In the Development Manager role, you will oversee the development and enhancement of qualifications and assessments. This involves ensuring the timely delivery of specifications and resources within budget while meeting quality standards established by both OCN NI and regulatory bodies.

You will hold a PGCE/PGCFHE teaching qualification or equivalent teaching qualification; a minimum of three years' experience of qualification, vocational curriculum and or assessment design and delivery; along with a broad understanding of current developments and methodologies in education and training.
